Portfolio
per se is medium agnostic when it comes to story-telling. From writing, graphic design and product design, to podcasting, photography and even supper clubs, we like to play and create as much as possible, in service of telling the most evocative, and transformative stories, possible. Below are a selection of projects that embody and express the many facets of our creative practice.

What Do I Owe The Cosmos?
A one day only, immersive experience in Central London at TANK, inviting Londoners, in an age of accelerating pace, to enter a space of radical slowness to contemplate a fundamental question.

We invited designers, artists and practitioners across industrial design, furniture, food, jewellery and floristry to contribute one design in response to the central question.

For a full immersion we commissioned a place-based soundscape and worked with Cremate on a signature scent.

Interviews for The Lissome
As Contributing Editor and Podcast Host for the slow fashion and craft platform The Lissome, Hardeep interviewed Lily Cole, Michael Meade and a range of creative practitioners, for Issue 5 - Rise Up Rooted, Like Trees - on the theme of cultivating resilience in times of great churn and evolution.

The Learner
We created The Learner journal, for the ones who value knowledge and cultivating an intentional life, where learnings come from the act of living itself.

A guided experience to catch and synthesise things Heard, Seen, Read, Discovered, with helpful prompts and the more than occasional pithy quote. We created a bespoke collaboration with Alex Eagle Studio in red, as a limited time edition.

Made in Cornwall, FSC certified. Stocked at Pophams Home.

Editions I-IV
Over four seasons, we created one coat per quarter, limited edition, each an experiment, in slow, conscious design. Editions involved repurposing Kvadrat material, partnering with artist Faig Ahmed, working with cork and a London based ceramicist. Made in East London, made to order only to limit waste and dead-stock; internal pockets for phone, wallet and keys. Nebula is featured here.

A piece to embody slow-living, self-contained movement through the world, zero waste.

Supper Club w/H
A series of Supper Clubs honed for humans crafting creative and meaningful lives in their own way, that make London so incredible, but that you may not meet in any other way.

Next instalment TBA.

Still Life: Gather
We commissioned and art directed a visual story to share the traditional Japanese craft of furoshiki by Tomoko Kakita, featuring produce from Natoora and Arome - a celebration of a slow, conscious, and beautiful life, in harmony with Nature's rhythms and seasons, in collaboration with creative duo Nocera & Ferri.
Magazine: Everyone's Business
A series of four editions, designed, curated and written in-house, Everyone's Business was an experiment to re-imagine our relationship to media. An encyclopedia for adults, full of thought-expanding ideas and fascinating stories; an invitation to get curious, play, and get interested in something completely unexpected.
